The RELiON InSight 24V 60Ah Lithium-ion phosphate battery is a GC2 sized drop-in replacement battery that delivers high quality performance, power and precision. This 24V 60 Ah battery was designed specifically to meet the power and energy requirements in floor machines, electric motorised hand trucks, walk-behind pallet jacks, and other material handling applications.

This battery MUST be charged with an appropriate Lithium charger to prevent damaging the battery!

InSight batteries are drop-in ready and easy to install, just connect them in parallel for the capacity you need. No need to modify trays, no complicated connections, and no heavy lifting. They’re also scalable, so you can provide increased power and energy as needed. InSight batteries are connected in parallel which means you have the freedom and flexibility to use the right amount of batteries for your equipment, typically two to six batteries.

InSight batteries also feature an elegant BMS that provides precision balancing within a battery and between batteries in a parallel system without the need for charging batteries individually. In addition, our proprietary software determines and manages regenerative currents, unlike any other battery solution, avoiding unnecessary battery disconnects.
